Molekule Review compares Three Air Filtration Systems
The Molekule air filtration system was recently featured in a Molekule review. It was put side by side with traditional air filters showing how technology has progressed. Along with better technology comes a heftier price tag, and the question remains, “Is it worth it?”
The Molekule uses a PECO air filter that was examined by the University of Minnesota and the University of South Florida. It was put up against a traditional HEPA and carbon filter. All three performed well at removing irritants such as pet dandruff and dust mites, then the test compared their performance with smaller particles. The HEPA filter did little against microorganisms where the carbon worked better. Then the PECO well out performed both, being able to remove VOCs 1000 times smaller than normal irritants.

In the Molekule Review, the product was mostly praised. The reviewer seen improvement after its first use, noting that he didn’t wake up in his traditional sneezing fit. One con was mentioned that it requires the room light for best efficiency and that could hinder sleep. It is also on the high end of the spectrum in cost at $799. For someone who suffers from allergies, this might not detour them. There is no assembly. The reviewer pulled the Molekule from its packaging and plugged it in, only needing to find the app on iTunes or the Play store. The Molekule review answered the question, and for some, the product is definitely worth it.
