Recently, Lincolnshire Management was fortunate enough to receive advisory and representation from the prestigious Kirkland & Ellis. This happened thanks to a deal that Lincolnshire Management was considering, and it ultimately resulted in a beneficial investment in the Powerhouse Retail Service, LLC conglomerate, as well as two of its affiliated companies. TJ Maloney is still leading the charge over at the middle market investor, Lincolnshire Management. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of them for years now, and, from New York City, the team has excelled at finding opportune investments in the ripe middle market sector, which they then wish to scale significantly via strong investing power.
Powerhouse Retail Services, LLC was not the only organization that was lucky enough to receive investment power from TJ Maloney’s Lincolnshire Management at the completion of these negotiations, however. Its deal extended to two smaller outsourced service companies, which appear to be extremely complementary to the Powerhouse Retail Services, LLC business model. Clearly, Maloney and Lincolnshire understood the validity of investing in all three of these entities in order to give their firm the best shot of massive scaling Powerhouse’s operations and ultimately creating a financial rise for each organization mutually.
Blue-chip customers all across the United States should now be optimistic about Powerhouse’s facility maintenance and also remodeling business with Lincolnshire Management becoming involved. The former securities attorney, TJ Maloney, seems to be constantly making standout deals with Lincolnshire these days. Perhaps his background in securities and acquisition law is playing a larger role in the middle market acquisitions than his private equity competitors would care to admit. Culminating from all of this private equity success was an academic lecture on behalf of Mr. TJ Maloney recently. It took place at Columbia University, and the students in their MBA program were delighted.
