The process of converting a loved one’s ashes to diamonds takes up to ten months. The company sends the customers an Eterneva kit where they place the cremated ashes of a pet or loved ones. After sending it back to the laboratory, the customers get monthly updates of the progress through videos and pictures. This helps the clients overcome grief easily, and by the end of the process, they get to wear the customized diamond either as a ring or necklace.
