Richard Liu Qiangdong is a famous executive officer, and he founded JD.com and 360buy Ltd. He has held the top position in these companies as the CEO since he started them in 2004.

Liu comes from a tiny village in China called Chang’an. The village is very remote and lacked access to amenities such as running water and energy.
