According to Adelle Archer, Eterneva aims to provide personalized services where customers can choose the diamond’s color, size, and inscription. Moreover, this money is to help expand the company’s laboratory based in Austin and expand Diamond makes. She also explained that the most important strategy used by the Eterneva startup is providing the best customer-oriented services. The company has partnered with funeral homes that help them connect with people who later become clients.

Objectives

Besides the Austin Based laboratory, this investment company aims at expanding the business to Germany and Switzerland. This expansion will help increase the number of customers and, in return, the company’s profit. Today more than 500 customers are being served by this company. With the ongoing pandemic, the Co-founder and CEO of this company Adelle Archer have partnered with more funeral homes to help increase the services offered to the customers. She explained that there is a dire need to continue expanding this business and spin it towards success.
