Moises El-Mann Arazi is the co-founder and technical committee chairman of Fibra Uno. His company invests in and manages commercial and industrial properties across Mexico. He has vast experience developing real estate projects and raising capital. Besides funding real estate projects in Mexico, he has also done so abroad.

He recently said the construction industry will help Mexico emerge from the crisis caused by the pandemic. Moises El-Mann Arazi said construction projects that had their work stopped because of lockdowns are now being worked on once again. He was especially glad to see that the highway between Oaxaca and the coast has resumed. This project has 1,800 people working on it and has generated 3,500 indirect jobs.

Government head Claudia Sheinbaum recently announced her administration is investing 25 billion pesos in the construction industry. Moises El-Mann Arazi said this would create over 270,000 jobs. He resumed Fibra Uno’s construction project in Mitikah. He’s noted that the government has reduced bureaucracy, so the project is advancing quickly.

Moises El-Mann Arazi is also looking to foreign trade to boost Mexico’s economy. Multiple Swiss companies are investing in Mexico, as are other European businesses. The deals that stand out to him are the ones by Aval Tech and Givaudan.
