Greg Blatt is a lawyer who has made several advances in several law firms. He went to Colgate University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in the English Language. Even though he had graduated with a bachelors, he did not work in the field that had been dictated by his career.

He travelled to the parts of Columbia looking for jobs. He worked as a bartender and other jobs, but as a matter of fact, he was not interested in the positions. After a while, he joined a Law School of Columbia. He had developed an interest in working with the law firms, that is what propelled him to study the Doctor of Law.

After his graduation, he was lucky to be employed in a particular law firm in the city of New York. His work was reasonable, and in some t years he was, later on, he was employed by other law enforcing firms in the United States.

His high level of managerial skills had enabled him to work with several law firms which included; IAC and that was before the segment of IAC called the Match Group. He was concerned with the excellent management of the law firms.

Before then he had worked with the counsel of Martha Stewart. But then he was not satisfied with the scale of the company’s activities he, therefore, deemed it fit to transfer to IAC. From his experiences as the CEO of many companies which he has served high ranks, he gives guidance on ways to manage the companies.

He says that it is essential to look for ways to reduce the workload by the proper rescheduling of the events. He adds that the entire process of making a proper schedule helps to have a balance of both working and planning. He also gives a point that it is essential to have a clear mind that can think critically and foresee activities.
