Why a doctor?
Just like many children who aspire for a particular career path from a very young age, by the age of 5, Dr. Alddo Molinar had already shown signs geared towards the medical career. His grandmother passed away due to pancreatic cancer while he was in 6th grade, and the experience he witnessed his family go through trying to ease her pain gave him the strength to stay focused on what could be his future career (Medium).
Critical care medicine specialist Dr. Alddo Molinar worked at the Rio Grande, where he learned a lot and interacted with patients from time to time, knowing what they require and how better to serve them. AAt the clinic, he was passionate about serving the community around him as he gained experience. Also, Alddo Molinar attended Cleveland Clinic, where he did his residency. Alddo explains the importance of the surgical room and how busy it really gets. He loves to plan well and be prepared for the next surgery. Alddo makes sure he is available to every room where he is needed in order to provide his services. Some of these rooms include but are not limited to operating rooms, postoperative rooms, and the ICU.
Alddo Molinar believes in teamwork spirit. Through teamwork, you can achieve the best results, and ideas can be brainstormed and brought to life with ease. Alddo takes time to ensure that his plans are well executed for the sole purpose of attaining the goals he had set for the specific day. Alddo works with a well-dedicated team that puts all its effort into providing efficient services. Alddo works well with others and loves to make realistic goals. He is a distinguished leader who humbly motivates his team and encourages them through the work process. Alddo Molinar is fascinated with technology trends in medicine.
