While working as Chief Financial and Facilities officer in one of the largest recreation and parks department in Maryland, Seawright administrated over $50 million in federal, state and city funding, and in a year, he was able to reduce the department’s budget deficit by over $600,000.

In education, Seawright established a great record especially while working as a fiscal management leader. He enabled the creation of rationalized budgets measuring more than $200 million each year. Besides that, he helped in putting up good quality schools and other educational infrastructure, as he managed in excess of $600 million in the development and renovations of structures.

After working for ten years in the public sector, Seawright decided to get into the private sector where he worked as an administrative director at Tito Contractors, Inc. This is where he created and managed yearly budgets while maintaining efficiency and operational quality in the organization.

Mr. Seawright founded this company in 2015 with an aim to provide affordable housing for needy people and help the community achieve financial independence through safe and profitable investing.
