Mr. Tae Han Kim is the owner of the big tech company known as Samsung Biologic. He worked to build a trusted company that would respect and truly serve every client. Mr. Tae Han Kim was asked a series of questions regarding his work. He communicated that the major key points to maintaining this mindset and way for the company are to overcome roadblocks, breathing life into new ideas, and team unity.

When struggling with ideas that may have taken a turn, not in the direction of what the company as whole desires, he finds that using rejection as redirection is the key to not remaining in between a rock and a hard place. “The wrong decision doesn’t always look correct at first,” said Mr. Kim, a quote describing why he does not allow the appearance of failure to halt his goals. The only concept that stresses and slows a company down is festering and entertaining doubt.

Focusing on a doubt created by miniature roadblocks reduces the total rapport of the company as a whole. It is a dilemma much other similar company’s face. Mr. Kim is aware of these difficulties and can see the bigger picture. He cannot stress enough the importance of a fresh outlook. Perfecting and animating into what needs a change, like a battery, is how he knows something will continue its path for success.
