Seymour Segnit is an English entrepreneur and businessman that has created one of the world’s best cordless charging devices called MAGFAST Charger. MAGFAST is not only a charging device or a brand but it is an actual company that Seymour Segnit is the chief executive officer of.
MAGFAST Chargers aims to simplify your charging experience by limiting the number of cords you have to deal with.
They have six different chargers on sale currently, each for a different device or a different location. Their lineup of chargers includes the LifeCharger, the LifeCharger Extreme, the AirCharger, the WallCharger, the RoadCharger and the TimeCharger.
Seymour Segnit has been working to build this brand & company for his entire life and he built it from scratch. Mr. Segnit has started a few different businesses and he has always been recognized as one of the leaders in this new age of technology. Seymour Segnit got his first job with one of the biggest ad agencies in London called Ogilvy & Mather while he was attending Oxford University. Mr. Segnit was given a position in Ogilvy & Mathers graduate recruit program. Mr. Segnit basically only got into the advertising industry because while he was growing up, his mother worked for an advertising agency. Seymour Segnit then went on to try his hand at broadcasting shortly after leaving the advertising industry. He was pretty good at broadcasting but Seymour Segnit realized that he did not have a true passion for the radio industry. Once Seymour Signet left the radio station this is when his entrepreneurial journey began. Seymour Signet really had a roller when he was trying different careers in order to find himself and to create his own path to success. Even though he was extremely well-educated when it came to school he didn’t seem too interested and was not a good student. When you look at the successful businessman and entrepreneur that he has become not too bad for an Oxford University drop-out.
