Why is consultancy important in the business world?
There’s no doubt that when a business starts, its aim is to stay for the longest time possible. However, the first few years are never easy for these startups due to the market forces and may other factors that work against their growth. It is estimated that 90% of startups never see their fifth birthdays.
Nonetheless, not all is lost. There are still entrepreneurs who manage to survive all the challenges and come out successful. They are called “serial entrepreneurs”. As mentioned earlier, Luke Lazarus started his entrepreneurship journey at the tender age of eight. After graduating from High school where he performed extremely well.
He received several scholarships from Universities both in Australia and other parts of the world. However, Lazarus turned down all the offers and decided to join Melbourne Business School where he earned his MBA.
Starting several businesses
After graduating from Melbourne Business School, Lazarus ventured into what he loved most – entrepreneurship.
He started not just one company, but four of them within a period of 10 years. To prove that he was on top of the game, Luke Lazarus managed to sell each one of the companies – raking in millions of dollars. By the time he was turning 35 years old, Luke Lazarus was financially independent.
Becoming a business consultant
Through his experience in several startups, Luke Lazarus was exposed to different challenges faced by entrepreneurs.
This prompted him to start a business consultancy firm to help CEOS and business owners overcome the everyday challenges they face.
