The previous year’s success for Inchcape UK

There were 12 percent more sales and a 131 percent increase in pre-tax earnings for Inchcape UK in its 2021 annual results. Following almost £80 million in share buybacks, the business ended in 2021 with net cash of £379 million (up from £266 million in December 2020). Further Growth for Inchcape

James Brearley stated that Inchcape has completed a reorganization of the business. Over the previous two years, the firm disposed of 20 dealerships and founded bravoauto, a 20-site used automobile retail business.

A low-cost basis of 100 vehicles per month has been employed as the foundation for Inchcape’s business plan for this used car facility. For the first time, Inchcape plans to open additional franchised dealership locations in and around its current locations to reduce car transportation and expenses while still providing countrywide coverage online.
