Behind The Frame

Frame first created Citizen in 2017. His first company, however, was founded in 1995. Most of his early life was spent working with network infrastructure. While working at the Global Center of Expertise for Cisco, Frame received dual CCIE Certifications. Having joined the company at 17, this made him the youngest employee to earn this certification.
