He believes through the principles of collaboration, education, and communication that everyone will understand and know how to use AI in the future.
Zhou also believes we need to do more research about AI and know what it can do at full strength. It should be used to benefit all of society and not just demographics. He advises meetings and open discussions be held to see what everyone thinks about the technology, and what they can do to run things smoothly with no complications. Bowen Zhou lastly states that rules need to be put into place when it comes to this technology.
When it comes to his own opinion, he agrees that AI can be a big benefit to society. He states that JD.com is using AI-backed by scientists to improve their customer service department.
