Sawyer Howitt The New Face Of Entrepreneurs

Sawyer Howitt was born 2000. He hails from Portland and is a boy wonder/genius of sorts. From a young age, he showed a knack for business management and joined the families advisory and business acceleration firm named The Meriwether Group as a project manager.

Sawyer is a keen racquetball player and loves to fish and when he is not busy in the world of business management you can catch him at a Trail Blazers game. Sawyer is also an amateur photographer and you can view his work here.

Amazingly, Sawyer while working towards success in the business world, is still in university and is set to graduate from Columbia University in 2022. He has beaten all of the odds and thinks age should not be a factor in business success.

In a recent article with the hi tech chronicle, Sawyer Howitt shared his tips for young people wanting to succeed in the workforce. In the article he highlights the fight against ageism in the workplace, which in today’s society is prevalent. Sawyer was right to point out that age seems to be synonymous with experience and knowledge, however this is not always the case, if you have a good idea, then it doesn’t matter what age you are so long as you believe in what you have to sell and you are passionate about it.

Furthermore, Sawyer believes that there are 5 keys to success which are to prove your value, sometimes all you can do is show your employer you are capable of the work assigned. The second is to market yourself, a lot of people have trouble with such, but it is important if you want to be taken seriously and it can be a real confidence booster.
